Message Takers is a telephone answering and back office support service for a variety of businesses throughout the UK. Based in Market Harborough we act as receptionists and virtual assistants for a diverse set of clients from Chiropodists and Aesthetic professionals to Pest Controllers and Accountants plus many more.
You will need to have a professional and friendly telephone manner, good written communication skills and be computer literate. Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
