I wanted to take the opportunity to explain how our message taking process works. It is a very straightforward system and we can deliver messages to you via email or text message.
Clients can choose whether they want messages to be delivered to them as soon as they are taken or in bulk at specified times of the day. Some opt to receive messages at lunchtime and then at the end of the day. Many like to receive messages as they are taken and choose to have them sent via text, so that they can return calls very quickly. Some clients like to have their messages delivered by both text and email, so that they have instant notification via text, but can then return to their desk later and review their messages in their inbox.
Aside from clients receiving messages via text message or email, some choose to speak to us on the telephone and manually collect their messages. They do this to keep a line of communication open with our team.
Our systems are very efficient with mobile numbers and email addresses pre-programmed into our computer systems, which automates the message sending process once the telephonist has taken the message from the caller.
Telephonists at Message Takers will not send you unwanted messages and will naturally field sales calls from utility companies and other unwanted sources. You can also specify the information you want us to collect from each caller. As standard we collect the caller’s name, company name, contact telephone number and the reason for their call. You might like us to also collect an email address. We can collect the details you need from a postcode to date of birth.
