Sharon’s been wearing a headset for most of her working life for telephone answering. During her ten-minute presentation today at Working Breakfast, Sharon shared her experiences of telephone answering with the group explaining how she’d been wearing a headset in readiness to answer calls throughout most of her working life for a variety of different companies and continues to do so now that she runs her own telephone answering business.
