As you may know, our opening hours here at Message Takers for telephone answering are between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (office hours) and for most businesses we provide support during their working days. However, we do have some clients that operate outside of these hours who rely on support from us whilst they are unavailable.
For example, a restaurant that opens during the evenings relies on our telephone answering services during the day to ensure their phones are answered and that bookings and reservations can be taken.
